Delivery Policy

 

 

      1. General Information

        All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order within 24hours, using the original method of payment.

      2. Delivery Location

        Items offered on our website are also available for delivery internationally, if your country is not in the listing please let us know.

         

      3. Delivery Time

        Generally all items ordered Sundays to Saturdays will be delivered the next business day. Business day means Monday to Friday, except public holidays. However, items ordered after 4 pm on a day between Mondays to Fridays will be received and processed along with orders made on the following day and thus shipment will be the next business day (for example: If an order is placed on Monday at or after 4:00pm, the order will be processed on the Tuesday and delivery made to the customer on the Wednesday).

        Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill all orders within three (3) business days of the date of your order. Please note, we do not ship on Sundays. Therefore it is important to note that if your order is placed on a Friday after 9:00 am, shipment will be on the following Monday.

      Delivery times are not guaranteed as there might be delays caused by Customs clearance in destination countries.

  2. Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

    Sales taxes are charged according to the seller’s tax obligations with their business.

     

  3. Damaged Items in Transport

    If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at sales@jamgora.com with your order ID.
