A product that is known only in Jamaica, by Jamaicans and visitors. The recipe is authentic to Jamaica ONLY. A traditional food item since 1966. Made from the freshly prepared crust, with minced beef, seasoned with all-natural Jamaican seasoning to give it the best mouth-watering taste.
Bake and frozen for export.
For preparation, remove from freezer, allow to defrost; place on a lightly greased baking tray, bake in the oven until the crust has the signature golden-brown crust.
