We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased and received is defective or is not as described by the merchant. If you receive a defective item, please create a Returns Management ticket from your account dashboard or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect within ten (10) days of receipt of the item.
If your refund/replacement request is approved, then your refund will be processed; a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours after approval of return package.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and do an investigation and notify you via e-mail, within two (2) business days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment of your return packages. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

The time required to deliver your exchange product to you is dependent on your location and hence varies.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you notice a refund is delayed, first check your bank account.
Following which you are advised to contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
It is then advised that you contact your bank as it is usual in the course of such business that there is a stipulated processing time before a refund is posted.
