  • Once the customer's return is approved, it takes 1 business day subsequent of the approval for the refund to be applied using the same method of payment.

  • All merchants on our website undergo a verification process. Merchants are scrutinized based on their business history, and has to be a registered business operating in Jamaica. All merchants on www.jamgora.com are subjected to our Merchant Policy Agreement. Contact is made to each merchant prior to authorization to verify their proof of existence and products being sold.
